ODF Public Records Requests
The Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) complies with the Oregon Public Records Law and responds to public record requests as soon as practicable and without unreasonable delay. Beyond meeting legal requirements, ODF is committed to upholding the spirit of the law by providing responsive and timely customer service as well as upholding our commitment to transparency in our work when and wherever possible.
ORS 192.440(7) requires every public body to make available to the public a written procedure for making public record requests. This website will guide you through the process specific to requesting records from the Oregon Department of Forestry.
